The unique practice of Divinity INs helps us to connect with the divine spark that resides deep within each and every one of us, and with the flow of universal energy, so that we achieve greater peace in our own lives and spread peaceful vibrations out to the world. We also recommend for people to get acquainted with the Divine Affirmation that goes along with this IN. While not required, reciting the affirmation before forming the IN helps to deepen and enhance the effects of the practice.
