Becoming a member
Anyone age 16 or older with a strong desire to support and participate in the development of Byakko Shinko Kai can become an active supporting member by contributing the monthly membership fee.
Anyone may become a member or cancel their membership in Byakko Shinko Kai at any time, without any obligation.
What are the benefits?
Becoming a supporting member is a way to show your support for the world peace prayer movement and to help promote the activities of Byakko Shinko Kai. While membership is not required to learn and practice Byakko’s teachings and methods, certain functions and activities are available exclusively to supporting members.
Members also receive the quarterly English publication Byakko, as well as various translated articles and talks by the late founder Masahisa Goi, current chairperson Masami Saionji, and others. Members are kept informed of any special events and functions taking place in Japan and worldwide.
Online membership fee payment
The monthly membership fee is 3,000 yen (approximately 25.00 US dollars or 20 euro).
Online payment is currently only for members living outside Japan. Those residing in Japan are requested to contact Byakko Shinko Kai for further information.
Terms
Automatic monthly payments
The first payment will be collected on the day you complete the Membership Payment Form. Subsequent payments will be collected on the first of each month.
For example: If you complete the form and make your first payment on January 27th, it will be counted as your membership payment for January, and the next payment will be deducted on February 1st, for February membership. If you wish to pay only for the month of February, make sure to submit the payment form in the month of February.
Cancellation of the automatic monthly payments: It can be done at anytime by clicking here and following the instructions.
One-time payments can be made for 2, 6, or 12 months of membership, beginning in the month that you specify.
Membership fees can be paid with a Visa, MasterCard or JCB credit card.
Payments are made in Japanese yen.
